Returns and Refund Policy

1. Conditions apply

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Returns and Refunds Policy and forming part of the Terms of Service, we protect the interests of Buyers by allowing product return requests to be submitted or refund before expiration. The term Wiegand Guarantee is outlined in the Terms of Service.

Wiegand provides at the User’s request to help the User resolve any disputes that may arise during the transaction.

2. Return/ Refund Request Conditions

The buyer agrees that she or he may request a return or refund only in the following cases:

Buyer paid, but:
(i) Did not receive the product;

(ii) Not receiving all ordered products;

(iii) Receive products that are counterfeit or imitation goods;

(iv) Products are defective or damaged during transit;

(v) Seller delivers the wrong product to the buyer (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, etc.);

(vi) The Product the Buyer receives is markedly different from the information provided by the Seller in the product description;

(vii) The returned Product is not a Restricted Return product;

(viii) Buyers can submit a return/refund request within 29 (twenty-nine) days from the time the order is successfully updated.

We always carefully review Buyer’s return/refund requests and reserve the right to make a final decision on such request based on the foregoing and Wiegand Terms of Service.

3. Condition of the returned item

(1) Buyers are required to take a video or photos of the product immediately upon receipt and during the packaging of the returned item as proof of comparison/complaint later.

(2) Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

(4) There are some cases where only a partial refund is available:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or for reasons beyond our fault.

• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. The cutoff for canceling an order

Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. We apologize for not supporting order cancellation after three hours.

5. Refunds

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.

Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Missing or delayed refunds

Check your bank account one more first if you haven’t gotten a return yet.
Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Products are sold

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned. Please check carefully before ordering.

6. Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by Email: [email protected]

7. Gifts

You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you directly. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.

We will send the gift giver a refund and let them know about your return if the item wasn’t listed as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

8. Shipping returns

To return a product, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

The cost of returning your item to us is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund if you receive one. (Except in the case of our error, we will completely reimburse all costs).

The time it takes for products to arrive at your location may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipment insurance if you plan to return more expensive items. Our promise that we will receive your returned item is not a promise.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
